How can I send messages?
You can send messages to your customers via Email or SMS. Our system will also allow you to send messages to as many or as few of your customers as you wish in a single operation.
Can I collect customer information?
Yes, you can create forms to be included within web sites, when completed the content will be automatically added to your customer database. You can also collect details from text messages sent to your Katoo account - great for encouraging registration of interest and competitions.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in your own secure Katoo account. Only people you give your login details to have access to your data.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your data remains yours at all times. We will never contact your lists or do anything with your data without your consent - registration number under the Data Protection Act, is Z7766976
Can I import my own data?
Of course! It's easy to import your data from other systems. It is automtically sorted and added to your Katoo account database.
How do I create my messages?
We have any easy email building tool available in the system that lets you construct your messages with no HTML knowledge. You can also easily load in messages you have created elsewhere, in a web page program for example.
How long does it take to get started?
Fill in the online form and you can be up and running in under 5 minutes. All accounts start with a free trial, you can then upgrade to a paid account whenever you like.
Do I need advanced technical knowledge?
No! Katoo is designed to be as easy to use as possible. You don't need any technical knowledge to get started. If you do get stuck, our friendly support team are here to help.
Will it work on Macs?
Yes, our system supports both PC's and Macs.
What do I need to use Katoo?
A computer, an internet connection and a web browser. Preferably IE 6 (or later), Firefox or Safari.
Can I try the system out?
